PROCEDURE OF APPLICATION
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – IMPORTANT
On removing the screening from the wooden crate, the screening must be laid down FLAT.
Be very careful to remove sheet by sheet (2-3 at a time maximum) and place on a flat surface.
NEVER upright. Be careful not to bang, crush, or bend the ends of the Screening or it will become UNUSABLE.
SCREEN APPLICATION
A) Place the aluminum patio screen section frame on a flat, clean surface.
B) Remove the existing vinyl screening and rubber, making sure the channel is clear of any foreign matter.
C) Take the vinyl PVC Screen Holder, which are all pre-cut to size—left, right, top and bottom which you will have to mitre to size.
D) Take Ultramesh screen and when looking at the screen—make sure before placing it on the aluminum screen section of the patio door that the Louvre of the Screening is facing outward and down.
E) Now, size up the screen and slowly crimp or bend screening into the channel.
F) Take PVC Screen Holder and size up with screen already in channel. Using rubber mallet and piece of wood, slowly tap PVC Holder along with screen section into position.
